2 Restorative Yoga Classes
Let your worries melt away in this gentle, deeply supportive practice. With cozy props and calming poses, these sessions are like a warm hug for your body and soul.

1 Yoga Nidra Class
Escape into a dreamy, meditative experience like no other. Picture yourself wrapped in a soft blanket, reclining comfortably as you’re guided inward through soothing breathwork and body awareness. It’s like the ultimate bedtime story, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and utterly tranquil.

1 Alignment Flow Class
Energize and empower your body with a flow that brings strength and flexibility together. This class focuses on precision and mindfulness, helping you feel strong, graceful, and balanced from head to toe.

1 Wall Yoga Class
Elevate your practice (literally!) by using the wall as your ultimate yoga prop. This fun and supportive class will help you stretch deeper, align better, and feel more confident in your poses.

1 Hot Stone Yoga Class
Treat yourself to the ultimate self-care session. Warm, grounding hot stones are used to realign your energy and soothe your muscles while you move through restorative poses. Pure bliss for body, mind, and spirit!

Blissful guided meditations and relaxation techniques woven throughout the series.
A focus on breath awareness, with optional introductory pranayama techniques for those looking to explore the power of mindful breathing.

No experience necessary—this is a judgment-free zone with no pretzel poses required!
Class Details:
Location: My cozy home studio at 1925 McDougall Street, Kelowna, BC, just off Abbot Street near City Park. Street parking is available, with entry through the front door.
Amenities: Enjoy a restroom and a dedicated space to store your shoes and bag.
Class Size: Intentionally limited to 8 participants for personalized attention and plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and help us start on time.
