Bubbles & Chips: Harvest Edition is a guided sparkling wine tasting built around one of the most underrated wine categories out there — and a snack pairing that makes more sense than it sounds.
Over the course of the evening, you'll taste four distinct styles of sparkling wine, each paired with a specific snack chosen to highlight what's in your glass. From a crisp Spanish Cava to a cloudy, spiced Italian Lambrusco — these are four completely different wines that happen to share a season.
As the weather turns, so does the lineup: richer, toastier styles replace the light and citrusy pours of summer, and the snacks follow suit. Expect warmer flavors, deeper colors, and a showstopper finale that closes out the night — the kind of pairings that make you rethink what "sparkling wine" is supposed to taste like.
What to expect:

- The reasoning behind each chip pairing, explained as you go
