About the event

BSides Kent is a community-led cybersecurity conference focused on practical security knowledge, real world experience, and open technical discussion.

Part of the global Security BSides movement, BSides Kent is independently organised and volunteer-run, created by and for the cybersecurity community. Talks are practitioner-led and selected through an open call for papers, with an emphasis on applied security, lessons learned, and emerging threats rather than product promotion.

The conference runs across two parallel tracks covering a wide range of cybersecurity topics, from defensive and offensive security to cloud, application, infrastructure, risk, and security operations.

BSides Kent is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and useful, whether you are early in your career or have years of experience in the field.
