Welcome to BRUTALISMANIA
Step into BRUTALISMANIA a high-contrast, multi-sensory takeover where heavy industrial architecture meets the tactile world of computational textiles.
Ilaria Buonaiuto and Sayn0more a duo of emerging textile designers, present an immersive design experience bridging creation and digital configuration.
By fusing concrete structures and discarded marine rope into complex geometric matrices, the exhibition explores the boundaries between human nature, structural weight, and digital fluidity.
Expect an environment that feels simultaneously futuristic and primordial: sharp shadows, aggressive textures, and optical depth paired with an atmospheric sonic landscape. Whether you are coming to experience contemporary art, connect with London’s underground creative community, or immerse yourself in heavy ambient soundscapes, BRUTALISMANIA offers a space for the curious, the displaced, and those drawn to raw aesthetic experimentation.

PREVIEW AND NETWORKING at The Peckham Pelican
Location: The Peckham Pelican, 92 Peckham Rd, London SE15 5PY
From 24th August to 5th September: Walk-in preview display. Drop in for a drink, soak in the atmosphere, and view select preliminary artworks during bar operating hours.
Wednesday, 2nd September (7:00 PM to Late): Official Soft Launch and Networking Night. Join the artists for an intimate evening of drinks, networking, and a first look at select pieces ahead of the main exhibition.
MAIN EXHIBITION AND OPENING at hARTslane Gallery
Location: hARTslane Gallery, 17 Hart's Ln, London SE14 5UP
Thursday, 3rd September (6:00 PM to 8:00 PM): Official Opening Night (Drinks and Music). The main event gathering. Experience the full-scale installation accompanied by a live, curated soundscape. The artists will be present to talk through the concepts and artworks.
4th September to 5th September: General Gallery Access. If you cannot make the opening night, the full exhibition remains open to the public through 5th September
This exhibition will be fully immersive in a requiem of ambient, industrial techno curated by the incredibly talented DJ duo from Luxembourg City CAUSE_EFFCT & ARUCAL__
Special thanks to the ANLRS (Anglers National Line Recycling Scheme)for their support and contribution of reclaimed ghost fishing ropes by incorporating salvaged marine materials into our artworks.
