Au fil des années, Operation Black Vote Canada (OBVC) a reçu du soutien à travers tout le pays, avec plusieurs membres de la communauté montréalaise participant à nos événements virtuels. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'accueillir des élus québécois lors de nos événements en tant que conférenciers et invités. Dans le cadre du plan de l'OBVC visant à engager les communautés à travers le pays, nous apportons l'un de nos événements à succès à Montréal, soit le 22 septembre : Brunch et Politique ! Édition Montréal.

Une table ronde captivante et un conférencier principal. Un brunch sera servi.

Vous entendrez parler des expériences de Canadiens noirs impliqués dans l'engagement civique, le processus politique et le gouvernement.

Over the years, Operation Black Vote Canada (OBVC) has garnered support from across the country with a number of the Montreal community members attending many of our virtual events. We have had the pleasure of welcoming Quebec elected officials at our events as speakers and guests. As part of OBVC's plan to engage with communities across the country we are bringing one of our successful events to Montreal on September 22, Brunch and Politics! Montreal Edition.

What can I expect?

An engaging panel discussion and keynote speaker. Brunch to be served.

What will I walk away with?

If you are a Black Canadian interested in learning about or engaging more within Canada's political and governmental space then this event is for you. You will get to hear about the experiences of Black Canadians who are involved in civic engagement, the political process and government.

Operation Black Vote Canada (OBVC) was established in 2004 as a non-profit, multi-partisan organization that supports the election of Black Canadians to public office. We educate, motivate and advocate for Black Canadians to participate in Canada’s government, agencies, boards, commissions, civil service and political processes at all levels. Unique among other traditional organizations that recruit candidates, our goals are to provide information to expand the community of Black Canadians considering public office and encourage civic engagement in Black communities across the country.
