Expand your repertoire by learning to make this  mid-day meal. You'll work in our kitchen with a small team to create each festive - and delicious - dish.

• Huevos Divorciados (Fried Eggs with Raw Tomatillo Salsa & Raw Tomato Salsa)

• Molletes (Melted Cheese & Beans on Toast)

• Plantanos Fritos (Plantain & Raisin Croquettes)

• Rice & Coconut Horchata

• Cheladas (Dark Mexican Beer with Seasonings)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
