Since 2020, we’ve lost over 40% of our preschool capacity. 4-in-5 kids enter Kindergarten unprepared, thousands miss out on early education, and without childcare, their parents can’t work. Measure I generates $30-million annually to improve children’s health and expand early childhood education.
