Welcome to "OPENING OUR HEARTS" - Half Day Retreat with Equines!
Let's come together for a joyful and rejuvenating opportunity to open your heart and immerse yourself in the wisdom and healing energy of equines. Take a break from your busy mind and connect deeply with your heart.
Equines can sense your heartbeat, your intention, and your inner story through the vibrational energy field. They are the listeners, the mirrors of our hearts, and the windows to our emotions. Remarkably, they can offer immediate insights into what thoughts and intentions you are feeling and generating at any given time.
Equine Facilitator and Coach, Kim Seng, will introduce you to a variety of experiences with the equines to release what is no longer serving you and to create a loving connection between your heart, mind, body and spirit.
The day will be filled with an array of experiential activities, Heart Opening, Mindfulness and Breath Work to explore opening up channels of energy, allowing for a deeper connection to the your Heart Chakra while you work within the Equine's Meridian
Flow of Energy.

· Create and welcome your own Self Compassion
· “Opening the Heart" to release and bring forth a loving connection to Yourself
There will be time set aside to express your insights and emtions - unleash your creativity with everything from journaling, painting and vision boards.

Location
Beautiful and private Forget Me Not Farm, in the Westside of Santa Rosa, off Highway 12 West, 5345 Highway 12 Santa Rosa, CA 95407 (behind the Humane Society).
Set in an outcropping of orchards, gardens, farm animals and our equine partners the workshop is an outdoor experience allowing us to reconnect to our natural environment and state of being.
Date: Sunday, November 3rd from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Fee: $75.00, purchased through eventbrite or contact Kim for direct payment.
*Please note the activities with the horses are on the ground only. No experience is needed. The fee will include healthy snacks, fruit tray, vegetables tray and beverages along with the materials needed for this half-day retreat.

Meet your host Kim Seng
Kim is a Professional Equine Facilitator and Director of Standing Horse, LLC. ( An Equine Assisted Activities and Learning Methods, offering Heart To Heart With Horses - adult sessions, workshops and retreats and Standing Strong with Horses - kids and teen programs.)
She holds certifications in Equine Mentoring and Education, Equine Assisted Learning and Therapy, Therapeutic Riding Instructor, Center Riding Instructor and Profession Trainer in the "True Nature of the Horse."
