Come enjoy an outdoor practice with plenty of room to social distance in the lush and green Grand Courtyard of the Sanford House Inn located in historic Downtown Arlington. We'll start with an all-levels, outdoor practice followed by delicious brunch noms from Restaurant506.

Your ticket includes an hour of yoga, a free mimosa, and 10% off brunch at the Sanford House.

While enjoying your mimosa, feel free to stay and explore the courtyard, dine at the in-house restaurant, or continue your self-care with a trip to the Sanford Spa and Salon across the street.

Limited number of tickets so pre-registration IS required! 

In instances of class cancellation, AYC will honor all tickets and attendees at another class of their choosing.
