About this Event

Brum Circle – In-Person Circle (Birmingham)

Brum Circle is an in-person space for adults, offering a supportive and grounded environment for connection, reflection, and personal growth in Birmingham.

The circle is rooted in the tradition of coming together to be seen, heard, and supported. Each session includes space for sharing, group reflection, and gentle practices that support emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation. These may include grounding, breathwork, guided reflection, and simple tools that participants can take away into everyday life.

Brum Circle is intentionally a mixed adult group, welcoming people of all genders and identities. You do not need any prior experience — just a willingness to show up as you are.

Whether you’re navigating change, carrying a lot emotionally, seeking deeper connection, or simply wanting a sense of community, Brum Circle offers a calm and respectful space to explore what’s present for you.

We are dedicated to keeping Brum Circle as financially accessible as possible.

Tickets are kept at just £5 to help make the space available to more people.

For those who are in a position to contribute a little extra, there is also a donation option available. Any additional contributions help support free and reduced-cost spaces for others in the community.

If finances are difficult, please reach out — we are always happy to offer a free place where we can.

Jordan Quinn is the founder and facilitator of Brum Circle and Wild & Wise, and a co-founder of Wild & Wise Group Therapy and The Hope Movement, community initiatives supporting mental health through healing circles, group work, and retreats.

Jordan is currently in the final year of a Level 5 Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a BACP-registered trainee counsellor. Alongside his group work, he holds counselling placements across three settings: RSVP (supporting survivors of rape and sexual violence), a secondary school, and Base25, a young people’s mental health hub.

He brings extensive experience facilitating healing circles, therapeutic groups, and retreat spaces, working with both adults and young people affected by trauma, life transitions, grief, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.

Jordan’s approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing on a range of practices including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system regulation, breathwork, and body-based awareness. At the heart of his work is a belief in the healing power of safe, relational spaces — where people can slow down, reconnect, and be met with care and respect.

He is known for his warm, steady presence and his ability to hold spaces that feel grounded, inclusive, and human, supporting people to heal and grow together.
