Our Breakfast and Yoga gathering is only a couple weekends away! Join us for yoga with Ruth Ingram, a local family-friendly yoga instructor, and for breakfast after our flow. Register using the link below. Suggested donation of $5 per person with a maximum of $20 per family.
Open to all, so plan join your kiddos on the mats for some centering yoga.
