Brix Factory & Ollie's Cheese Shop - Beer and Cheese Pairing Flight

Your buds at Brix Factory are working with the Cheese experts of Ollie's Cheese Shop for our first ever pairing night here at the taproom. Brix's resident knucklehead Eric Ortega will be hosting Ollie's Alyssa Gilbert for a walkthrough of four different beer and cheese pairings. We will be testing your palate with complimentary and contrasting pairings that highlight the innumerable qualities both beer and cheese possess.
