Jack London Brewing District Tasting Tour (SF Beer Week 2026)

The Jack London Improvement District is stoked to be partnering with Hoptropolis City Beer Tours for a special tour of Jack London's breweries for SF Beer Week 2026!

We're excited to be bringing back this guided walking tour through Jack London’s Brewing District—home to the highest concentration of microbreweries in Northern California!

The tour kicks off at Shapeshifters Cinema on 5th Street in Oakland, then heads to three standout breweries along the way: Cellarmaker, Original Pattern, and Oakland United. The tour will end at a craft beer staple of our neighborhood: Tiger’s Taproom.

At each stop, you’ll enjoy two 5oz pours of various beer styles—including SF Beer Week exclusives—for a total of over three pints of craft beer.

Sip, savor, and socialize as you explore new flavors, learn about the brewing process, and connect with fellow beer lovers in a lively, walkable setting. Whether you’re a seasoned craft beer fan or just beginning your beer journey, this tour is the perfect way to celebrate the art of brewing.
