Our space is designed to encourage intentional breaks to renew focus and creativity so you can move through the day in a way that is equal parts productivity and pleasure.

Timeline of the Day:

9 - 10am | Coffee, Conversation, & Coworking: Take your time settling in and taking care of anything you need at the start of your day at ALTAR. Whether it's catching up on emails, fitting in your meditation practice, or more, this is the perfect time to set your intentions for the day.

10 - 11:30am | Grace in the Workplace with Christy Clay - How Each of Us Influence Culture: An empowering workshop that shows how small, intentional actions can transform workplace dynamics. You’ll gain tools to foster respect, collaboration, and well-being—without waiting for others to change first. If you want more peace, productivity, and a healthier culture at work, this experience is for you.

12 - 1pm | Food, Identity & Connection Lunch with Anna Jackson: Join Anna as she shares her home cooking using hyper local vegetarian ingredients while leading us in a discussion about the deep, rich connection between food & identity! Select the RSVP with Lunch Included ticket here: Bring Your Soul to Work Day | ALTAR Community to enjoy lunch prepared by Anna. Attendees are also welcome to bring your own lunch to eat with the group.

1:30 - 2:45pm | SoulCollage® Workshop - Seeing Yourself Anew with Elise Magers & Kathy Bresler: In this creative, reflective workshop, bring several copies of a favorite black-and-white photo of yourself to use as the base for making SoulCollage® cards. With an array of colorful images provided, you’ll layer symbols, textures, and patterns onto your own image to create a deeply personal card. Guided reflection prompts will help you listen to the voice of your collage, discover fresh insights, and invite new energies into your daily life. No artistic experience needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart.

3 - 4pm | Connection & Reflection Teatime: Eager for soulful connection with other like-minded women? Or perhaps you're ready for some quiet reflection time in our comforting Womb Room? Spend this portion of the day nourishing yourself with what your mind and body crave.

4 - 4:30pm | Moon Pod Meditation: End your day with us in this invitation to relax and realign your spirit before heading home. Attendees will be guided in a rich and intuitive sound healing or breathwork practice based on what the community needs to feel restored at the end of the day.
