Bring Your Child Day is a joyful, heart-opening session designed for you and one child to share the Lunar Womb experience together. This is the magic of the studio made accessible to the little ones in your life: gentle movement, playful grounding practices, and the warm, welcoming energy of a community that believes wellness belongs to everyone.
Mary Szenasi brings her rare depth of somatic wisdom, psycho-spiritual awareness, and genuine love for human connection to a session that honors both the adult and the child in the room. She understands that the body carries wisdom at every age, and that the seeds planted in a child through mindful movement, breath, and presence are seeds that can grow for a lifetime.

One Sister Member and one child per registration. Come as you are, move together, and enjoy a beautiful shared experience inside the Lunar Womb community.
The Moon Phase: Reflection & Adjustment (Days 15–21)
After the Full Moon, the Waning Gibbous brings a softer, reflective light. This Reflection & Adjustment phase encourages honest review and gentle course-correction. Classes focus on slower, introspective movement, journaling paired with breathwork, and mindful practices that help you integrate lessons and make thoughtful adjustments with ease.
