Info: *Kickboxing* (All ages and divisions have 3 rounds)
Kickboxing rules allow punches, kicks, and knees while prohibiting elbows, ground fighting, and excessive clinching. Matches are held in three 3-minute rounds with one-minute breaks and can end by knockout, technical knockout, or judge's decision based on a points system. Ages 18 - Older: 3 minute rounds.

Ages 13-17: 3 minute rounds

Ages 10-12: 3 minute rounds.

Ages 7-9: 2 minute rounds.

Ages 5-6: 1 minute rounds.

Info: Amateur boxing rules. (All ages and divisions have 3 rounds) Include using only approved equipment like non-red mouthguards, specific hand wraps, and open-face headguards. Unlike professional boxing, amateur bouts will be 3 minute rounds with 1 minute break between rounds. A standing eight count does not result in a 10-8 round. Fouls include hitting below the belt, holding, and hitting the back or back of the head, with penalties for illegal blows. Ages 18 - Older: 3 minute rounds.

Info: Ages 3-6 can compete in jr Freestyle Jujutsu, Martial arts relays, or point grappling. (Freestyle 1 point Kicks point punch 2 points takedowns) (Relays all timed 30 seconds with pads: Kicks, punches, sit ups, and squats 1st, 2nd, & 3rd placement is based on pionts scored (Grappling: 1 point takedown 1 point 10sec mount first to 10 points win)
