Every 2nd Saturday we open our doors to the public and invite you to join us for any of our crossfit or 9fit classes. Regardless of experience or age we have a variation of workout that will suite you.
Crossfit is a constantly varied functional movements at high intensity and these workouts are designed to be safe for all experience levels. Classes are 7:30, 8:30, & 9:30am
9fit is our high intensity metabolic conditioning focused workouts. Classes are 8,9,10am
