About this Event

BrightSide is Workshop’s annual employee comms and culture conference, created for the people behind great workplaces — the communicators, HR leaders, and employee experience pros who make work feel a little brighter! This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at the Tenaska Center in downtown Omaha.

BrightSide is designed to be approachable, energizing, and genuinely useful. You’ll hear real stories, gather practical ideas you can put to work right away, and connect with people who care as much about culture and communication as you do.

We'll dive into top-tier topics like:

Strengthening internal communications strategies
Building inclusive, connected workplace cultures
Leading teams through change with clarity and confidence
Supporting employee growth and development
Designing experiences that truly engage and inspire

And new for 2026: We’re hosting a customer-only half day just for the Workshop community in the afternoon on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 (included with your BrightSide admission) — a dedicated space to collaborate, learn how other Workshop customers are using the platform, celebrate what’s working inside your organizations, and so much more.
