Welcome to Talking Talking Sucide Seminar: Ending Stigma Together

We know talking about suicide isnt seay, and it can sometimes feel overwheling or even scary But starting those conversations, and knowing how to use language that is kind, respectful, and non-judmental, can make a real difference to someone who is struggling. In this session, we'll be drawing on Saritains' guidance to explore how to talk about suicide in a way that helps break down stigma and opens up safe spaces for people to share what they're going through. Out aim is to giv eyou confidence and tools to approach these conversations with compassion, care and hope.

This seminar is open to everyone- members of the public and professionals alike- who want to better understand how to support someone affected by suicide. Whether you know someone who has been impacted by suicide, or you want to learn how to respond to someone experiencing suicidal thoughts, this session will provide guidance, awareness, and practical tools to help.
