It’s the perfect time to give back to yourself, just for a few hours.
Drinking cacao in ceremony has become a sacred practice for me, one that helps me drop out of my head and into my heart. It’s a gentle but powerful way of remembering presence and opening to the wisdom that already lives within.
In a cacao ceremony, you can expect a safe and nurturing space to slow down and reconnect. We’ll share a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, set intentions, and open our hearts to whatever wants to unfold.
Together, we’ll take time to slow down.

You can expect guided practices such as meditation, reflection & sharing if that feels appropriate for you, nothing is ever forced.
