What You Should Bring: A journal, a pillow and blanket, and Water! (We recommend comfortable clothing!)
Bridging the Old with the New blends ancient practices with embodied movement to support personal transition and renewal. Participants will be guided through a shamanic journey focused on releasing outdated energies and attachments, followed by a trance dance designed to help integrate intention and welcome new beginnings. This class offers a supportive space for reflection, release, and embodied transformation as we step into the new year.
We will be limiting class size on this specific class to 12 participants.
