Part musical theatre, part stand up comedy, 100% entertaining. Bridget Ryan’s meticulously chosen musical and comedic cabaret Here’s To The Ladies Who Laugh is inspirational, it’s identifiable, and it’s really funny.
BRIDGET & CABARET: Bridget discovered her love of Cabaret while living in New York City. For the next 7 years, she would find herself nightly on the stages of some of the greatest Cabaret houses in Manhattan - Don’t Tell Mama’s, The Duplex and Rose’s Turn with knock out shows like ‘Go Big Or Go Home’, ‘Have You Met My Sister’ and the award winning ‘Rant Control’ - where she won the coveted Straw Hat Award for Cabaret performance. She landed herself back in Edmonton, Alberta as HOST of CityTV’s Breakfast Television for the next 16 years, but never stopped performing or creating outrageously hysterical cabarets such as ‘In Your Element’; ‘Under The Influence’ and ‘Here’s To The Ladies Who Laugh’. She may have had to get up at 330 AM Monday through Friday to be On Air - but the weekends were for travelling to some of Western Canada’s greatest touring theatres to perform her cabaret. Having performed in over 63 different communities/cities/towns and hamlets across Canada, each show ending with the audience up on their feet!

Running throughout May to September, the 2026 festival invites audiences to experience a season of artistic discovery of over 100 free and ticketed events. Banff Centre's club for summer weekend nights returns. With regular programming from June through August, come to CLVB '33 for a refreshing drink, a tasty bite, impeccable vibes, live music, cabaret, jazz jams, DJs, karaoke, readings, and Peak Laughs comedy series.
