Bridgeport Trash Bash

Celebrate Chicago history and keep our community clean.

Join the Chicago Maritime Museum and the Bridgeport Environmentalists with local partners Base Cafe and Schulze & Burch this summer to pick up ten thousand pounds of trash to celebrate the museum's tenth anniversary in the neighborhood!

• We'll meet at Base Community Cafe in the Bridgeport Arts Center and will return there after the cleanup to socialize. Snacks and beverages will be provided!
• Cleanup supplies will be provided. This cleanup is 18+.
• Note, due to the recent combined sewer overflows in the river, we are not including a kayak cleanup for this cleanup.

This event is the last of three trash cleanups in these series. Thanks for joining us to clean up the neighborhood this summer! Bridgeport Environmentalists will also hold monthly cleanups for the rest of the year, while the weather is nice. Follow us on Eventbrite to be notified of new cleanups.
