Grab a drink, settle into the taproom, and turn everyday brewery materials into something unexpectedly beautiful.
At Brewed & Botanical, guests will create 2 hands-on projects:
✨ weave a ribbon beer tab keychain with a custom shrink charm
🌿 plant a live houseplant in 1 recycled beer can planter
What makes this special is the transformation. The same can that once held a favorite lager becomes a tiny living planter. The same shiny beer tabs that usually disappear into the recycling bin become a woven keychain clipped to your keys, tote, or backpack. It’s creative, sustainable, and just the right amount of delightfully unexpected.
No crafting experience needed — truly. If you can thread ribbon through a hole or scoop soil, you can do this.
For the keychain, guests will weave ribbon through 12 beer tabs, stacking them into a colorful strip, then finish it with your own mini shrink charm and a metal charm in fun brewery-inspired shapes.
For the botanical side, guests will choose from 3-4 easy-care houseplants and nestle one into a cleaned beer can with fresh soil, decorative top dressing, and a simple care card. You’ll learn exactly how much light it likes, when to water it, and why it’s such a good little beginner plant friend.
Over the course of the course, you’ll make something charming, useful, and full of story. It’s the kind of craft that sparks conversation with strangers, makes your bar stool neighbor ask “wait, what are you making?”, and gives you a tiny keepsake tied to a fun night out.
