On Friday, July 10, 2026 at 6 p.m. Brent Burns will be our guest for an intimate evening of laughs, music and stories with our dear friend from Gulf Shores.
Brent has had many awards and accomplishments including the 2021 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Trop Rock Music Association, Entertainer of the Year, CD of the year and song of the year.
He is a Viet Nam Veteran and has been awarded the purple heart by our Country. Brent is active in his community and church. For more than 25 years Brent has played on Mondays during winter season at Lulu's in Gulf Shores-the bar owned by Jimmy Buffett's sister.
Brent has recorded songs with Ray Stevens and has over 14 recorded albums. The latest album is "Lot of Beaches To Go" also a TRMA award winning album.
In typical Parrothead house concert fashion, pot luck dinner will start at 5 p.m. so please bring a dish to share. We will provide pulled pork as main entree. This will be a BYOB event and also please bring your chairs. This will be a listening event to enjoy the featured musician.
