Join your Quizmaster Matt P-O for an evening of Questions, Games and Challenges with great prizes at the end
Timings
Doors open 6pm
Quiz starts 6.30pm
Fish and chips around 7.45 - 8pm
We have the hall to 11pm - Should the quiz finish early (likely) we can use the remaining time to play some games 😀 so feel free to bring some light fillers with you if you wish
Who can attend?
Anyone can attend however with some of the humour, language and challenges being planned I would suggest no-one under the age of 12.
This quiz will not just be about board games, there will be many topics on the quiz for all ages bands so non-gamers won’t feel they can’t contribute (but there will of course be questions about board games too!)
Entry Fee
There will be NO entry fee and prizes are also coming out of club funds (over £100 of prizes!!) - you will just be asked to cover the cost of your fish and chips.
Food:
To keep orders simple there will be the following options only:
Cod and Chips - £6 medium, £8 large
Jumbo sausage and chips - £4.50
Vege spring roll and chips - £4.50
Just chips - £2.50 medium, £3.50 large
Can of drink - £1.50 (give me a couple of options you will drink)
Note: prices are in places rounded up for ease (by no more than 30p) - any ‘profit’ will go in club funds but we will also buy sauces to add to your food so this will help pay for that)
If you want anything different you will need to pop out for food yourself - note that the quiz will restart 30 mins after the order we collect arrives - with or without you….
Teams
Teams will be picked on the night randomly - however if you are bringing someone who is not usually part of the group you will be able to remain together and have others join your team (however if there are more than 4 of you, you will be split into pairs etc)
