Theme: Replenishing Your Energy ♡
Whether or not the upcoming holiday season and celebrations of a calendar new year are nourishing, depleting or energizing, Winter, in and of itself, is a season intended for us to recover and replenish our energy for the brighter, lighter Spring days to come.
In traditional Chinese medicine, Winter is also the season of the Kidneys and these organs are considered the foundation of our vitality and house our essential energy, often referred to as "Jing." We’ll breathe with the intention to release the non-essential, flush out and replenish the kidneys and recover any energy that needs recovering.
