Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor and experience the powerful Wim Hof Method breathing. Discover how you can use your breath as a tool to optimize both body and mind.
The class begins with a short introduction to the Wim Hof Method and its three pillars: Breath · Cold · Commitment. Sandra will cover safety guidelines and the sensations you might experience during the practice. You’ll learn the fundamental WHM breathing technique and then be guided through several rounds of deep, conscious breathing. The session concludes with a calming meditation.
About your instructor
Sandra Abdul Karim is a Level 2 Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. She has personally used the Wim Hof Method to complete extraordinary challenges — including summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in less than 48 hours, a climb that normally takes up to one week. Sandra guides participants with clarity, warmth, and deep experience in the method’s transformational power.
