During this immersive two-hour experience you'll enjoy:
* Guided conscious breathwork
* Gentle meditation and visualization
* Reiki energy healing
* Deep relaxation with supportive music with high tech, noise cancelling headsets
* Time for reflection and integration
* A warm, welcoming community where everyone is welcome
No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Whether this is your first session or your fiftieth, you'll be gently guided every step of the way.
Please bring:
• A yoga mat or comfortable cushion (if you have one) or we will provide one for you too.
• Your own blanket and pillow for extra comfort
• A water bottle
• Comfortable clothing you can relax and breathe freely in
