Breathwork @ Wellspring Wellness Center

Step into a beautiful evening of presence, release, and connection. Jacob and Jeffrey invite you to gather for a guided breathwork session designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and heart in a safe, supportive space.

The breath is so much more than we usually recognize or give credit to — it is our bridge back to our most natural state of being. Through the breath, we can release what’s been weighing us down, reconnect with who we truly are, and return to the energy of love that has always been within us.

Through this session, you will:

• Heal and awaken as tension and stress melts away
• Remember your power and reconnect with your natural flow
• Open your heart and align your whole system with how you were created to live

This experience is held within a spacious two-hour container: the first portion is devoted to grounding, intention-setting, and instruction so you feel fully supported; the middle portion immerses you in a guided circular breathing practice; and the final portion provides time for reflection, integration, and sharing insights with the group. With consent, gentle hands-on energetic support may be offered to deepen the experience.

Whether this is your first breathwork session or you’re returning to a familiar practice, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Bring a mat or blanket, comfortable clothing, and an open heart.
