Breathwork to the Sun

There is always light. Sometimes it's brighter, sometimes it's dimmer.
The sun is never changing, ever present. We move and change around it, while it remains ever the same. A source of light. The center of the center. We also have this light within us. And the ability to tune into our centre.

This experience will allow you to explore the power of your own breath.

I will encourage you to get comfortable in the space and practise the Conscious Connected Breath together. This is an activating breath which can bring about relaxation, a variety of emotions, physical sensations, processing, thoughts, images, ideas and a sense of connection.

You can come as a complete beginner as I will be there to guide you through the whole process. All genders are welcome to attend. Mats, blankets and pillows will be provided for your comfort so you can show up as you are.

I will be guiding your session and holding the space as you breathe. I am a fully trained Breathwork facilitator with the Alchemy of Breath.

I invite in gentleness and empowerment through the breath and encourage you to come back to the the wisdom of the body.
