As summer begins to wane, we’re invited to turn inward and listen more deeply to peel back the layers of conditioning, doubt, and fear, and uncover the truth that’s always been within us. This class is about remembering who you are, and bravely choosing to live from that place of authenticity.
Over time, these gatherings have become much more than a typical breathwork class. As Amy and Meg continue their studies in sound healing, they’ve been integrating powerful new techniques to help move stuck energy through the body. Each session is both a breathwork journey and a healing experience, designed to support deep release, realignment, and transformation.

Please arrive between 9:45 AM and no later than 9:55 AM, as the main door locks and there will be no one to let you in. Please allow extra travel time for weather and ongoing road construction throughout Syracuse. We are so sorry, but we will be unable to accommodate late arrivals.
