You’re at a campfire, and your best friend (who just happens to be a mystic guide with 30+ years of clinical and spiritual wisdom) leans in and says, “Grab your backpack—we’re exploring the multiverse inside you.”
That’s us. That’s Somatic Breathwork.
In plain English: Somatic Breathwork is not a class. It's a guided, rhythmic breathing session designed to help you release stress, trauma, and old emotional junk—so you can finally get out of your head and into your body. It’s like hitting the reset button on your nervous system.

What Happens in a Session?
Imagine:
You show up (early, because you’re awesome). You grab your mat, blanket, and water bottle. You set a one-word intention—maybe “release,” “clarity,” or “joy.” Then, you breathe. Deep. Rhythmic. Circular.

Guided Breathwork
Zac leads you through circular connected breathing, with music and gentle touch (if you’re in-person).
