Come experience the power of breath! Join John as he guides you through very powerful breath techniques to heal and reveal its ability to help us through moments of past and current obstacles. After, he will introduce therapy of sound. Relax to crystal quartz singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Nepalese gongs, chimes, bells, sitar and more. This will help the healing process and allow the body to go into a deep rest.

BIO
John is a local San Diego yoga instructor, breath facilitator, sound therapist, acro performer, fire performer, aerial straps performer, meditator and best friend to many amazing souls. He studied breath, sound healing and Hatha yoga/Ashtanga in Rishikesh, India. He studied breath under Micheal Brian Baker at the Breath Center in LA, where he completed his level 1 & 2 breath facilitating training and learned from a local San Diego breath facilitator Kerry Lee Smith. John studied Buddhism in Guadalajara, Mexico, in Ko Samui, Thailand and Nepal working on compassion and loving kindness. He's been teaching yoga for over 5 years and has a 500 hr Hatha and 200 hr vinyasa certification. He has been conducting sound baths and sound meditation workshops for over 4 years.
John just returned from Nepal after two months of exploring his body and mind. He studied with different teachers and picked up more instruments of healing, and is back energized and ready to give back even more. John has studied with many teachers here in America, India and now Nepal. John shares from his heart and only wishes to share his experience of life. Through sharing he hopes your own experience inspires your own inner wisdom.
