Breathwork Journey - Elevated Breathwork

Whether you are new to breathwork, curious about it, or experienced, this event is for you. This type of breathwork is wonderful at helping you release stress, blockages, relax, and have insights.

We are going to be Climbing a mountain with our breath, and once we reach the summit, we will Jump, Let Go, and Fly into different states of consciousness.

Blake Theiss will be leading this journey and is completing his training as a breathwork facilitator.

If this is your first time, Blake will be going over everything and will help you feel safe and at ease. We will be breathing with Conscious Connected Breathwork and Elevated Breathwork (increasing our pace, as we climb the mountain).

An intake form is required to participate. This will be sent to you once you sign up for the event. We will also send out what to bring/prepare for before the event as well.
