Ceri is an advanced breathwork instructor, and will be leading you through a gently held but powerful blend of Pranayama practices woven together for a supercharged meditation experience supporting you to release, connect and realign.Downregulate your nervous system and access a deep state of clarity, connection and peace.
These practices have a wealth of benefits for body and mind, improving physical, mental and emotional health and resilience.
