Flow into your best year yet with this 3 session breathwork event, led by Cyn Frances ✨
This Breathwork series is designed to open and clear the individual chakras, and enhance and strengthen the flow of the entire chakra system, making you unstoppable as you embrace 2025.
The first class focuses on the lower chakras, the second on the upper chakras, and the final class on the whole chakra energy system. We will use a three-part conscious breathing pattern along with guided meditations and affirmations. The transformative nature of this event is further enhanced by carefully curated sound vibrations and the use of essential oils.
Single class purchases are also an option, although joining us for all 3 classes is highly recommended.
