🌿On September 3rd, join Cathy Arbeiter for a guided breathwork journey to help you release what’s been holding you back and step into the next version of your life with clarity and intention.
🤍We’ll begin by using the breath to clear out the weight of the past—stress, limiting thoughts, and emotional heaviness. As you breathe, you’ll feel your body relax and your mind become lighter. This expands your capacity to receive more.
🌸In the second half, we’ll focus on calling in the life you truly want—whether that’s more peace, better health, stronger relationships, or new opportunities. This isn’t just about thinking about your goals, it’s about feeling them in your body and anchoring into that version of yourself.
