🌿Join Ivey Butler and Crystal Bailey for a four-day escape into the heart of the Shawnee National Forest. 🧘🏻♀️ Move through daily yoga, breathwork, meditation, and soul-led somatic movement. Hike ancient trails, weave flower crowns, and dance under the stars with a circle of women ready to rise. This retreat at Camp Ondessonk is more than a getaway-it's a remembering.
⛺️ Guests will have a dedicated twin bed in a communal-style, air-conditioned lodge, and private bathrooms in the main lodge at Camp Ondessonk. All meals will be catered by Branch Out, a delicious vegan and gluten-free restaurant in located in Paducah, KY. 🌱
