Breathwork Classes

Please ensure that you have a bottle of water with you, wear cosy clothes, bring a pillow, & eye mask (optional)
To get the most out of your experience please don't eat 2 hours beforehand.

Please enter the building, walk up the stairs where there is a waiting area.
Please ensure you arrive with a couple of minutes to spare before your session as the class will begin promptly at 7pm.
Waiver: Before our session, if you have not already done so previously please take a moment to review and sign the waiver. You can access it here. Your safety and comfort are of the utmost importance, and this step ensures we can focus on the transformative journey ahead.
Please note that breathwork classes are not suitable for you if you have any of the following:
- A serious heart condition
- Are pregnant
- Epilepsy
- A serious mental health condition (please reach out to me prior to attending so we can have a chat <3)
If you’re experiencing any of the conditions mentioned, please feel free to reach out so we can explore other breathwork styles that may be more suitable for you.
Please be aware that cancellations made within 8 hours of the class will result in the forfeit of the class fee.
