Breathwork Ceremony - Spring Equinox & Fire Ceremony

The Spring Equinox is the moment when day and night are equal. It marks a point of balance between light and dark, rest and movement. After this threshold, light begins to increase, and energy naturally shifts toward growth, outward movement, and creation.

Energetically and seasonally, it represents:

• The turning of the true year — life beginning again after winter’s inward phase
• Emergence — seeds that have been resting start to sprout
• Renewal and regeneration
• Clarity and direction — intentions formed earlier can now be acted on
• Balance before expansion — a reminder to root before moving forward
  

In the body and nervous system, spring often mirrors this shift:

• Energy begins to rise
• Motivation returns gradually
• There’s a desire to move, create, and connect
• Old patterns may want to be released to make space for what’s next

The Spring Equinox isn’t about rushing into change. It’s about aligning with the natural rhythm of growth and letting movement arise from balance rather than pressure.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice which supports you in clearing energy within the physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.

This can result in profound and dramatic healing in many forms.

Each journey is a very unique experience which will give you new insights, clarity and healing. You will be guided by music and supported by trained Breathwork practitioners.

FACILITATORS

Krystal Charlotte is the founder of Journey into Breath, and a practitioner of emotional release and nervous system rebalancing. She has spent the last 12 years dedicated to inner work, healing, and navigating a deeper connection with life through the ceremony, medicine circles, movement practices and yoga.

Her journey has brought her a deep love of supporting others coming back home to the wisdom of their bodies, integrating their emotions, and tuning into their hearts.
