Breathwork at Old Brooklyn Nutrition

Breathwork is an incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological and physical release. It is a transformational technique that can ignite intense inner exploration through entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness. In this class, we take some of the most powerful components of different modalities to create an experience that can deepen your connection to self, clear your mind, reduce stress, help to heal inner trauma, release emotions, and expand awareness.

Please eat 2 hours prior to attending class.

There is parking in the front of the building and also a parking lot behind the building.
Eye masks will be provided
WHAT TO BRING:

-Yoga mat

-Blankets (bring whatever makes you comfy!)

-1-2 pillows

-Water
