Breathwork & Sound Journey

Join Ashlee O'Regan and Jennifer Eckman for an afternoon of transformation and healing! In this special group container you can expect open share, intention setting, an active Breathwork practice with an extended rest period supported by a full sound bath.

Breathwork offers an opportunity for an active meditation using the breath to purge the nervous system of unnecessary emotional debris. Utilizing David Elliot's three part breath technique, we will activate the sympathetic nervous system to move stagnant energy and help you release strong emotions. This style of breathing moves energy out of the emotional center, into the heart to process and out of the mouth to release- in quick succession.

Loud music will be present as well as encouragement to make noise all in support of your emotional release!
