Breathwork & Sound Healing Meditation

Breathwork paired with the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other vibrational instruments offers a deeply restorative experience. This practice supports your nervous system, relieves stress, and nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. It’s an ideal way to recharge, find clarity, and practice self-care.

The event will take place in a serene retreat center surrounded by nature, with galaxy lamps and candles setting the stage for a peaceful, dreamy vibe.

What to bring:

A yoga mat

A water bottle (there is filtered water available to refill your bottle)

Layers of clothing (to adjust to any temperature changes)

Eye pillow (we will have some available if you don’t have one)

$25-35 Sliding scale (choose what you pay between these amounts)

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

There are animals on the property so drive slowly.

The front gate opens up automatically when you drive up to it.

Follow the wooden signs to Crows End Retreat Center.

Please park in the large lot, before you reach the retreat center building, in front of the labyrinth.

Once you park, you will see the wooden cottage to the far right, across from the road. This is where ceremony will be held.
