You have the option of floating in a hammock or choosing the grounding floor space.

This event is upstairs (no elevator).

Important Info: If you reserve a hammock spot you must take off jewerly (earrings/rings/bracelets/necklaces), belts with studs, and watches before entering the hammock. These items can tear the hammock and create a safety risk for you and others. Thank you for understanding!

Please arrive early so we can start on time. Give yourself enough time for downtown parking. The door locks when class starts.

What to bring: You may bring a blanket and eye mask for comfort. If you choose a grounding floor space, bring a yoga mat or you can rent one for $2.
