Held among beautiful First Nations artwork in the Aboriginal Art Co gallery in West End, you'll be invited to lie back, get comfortable, and surrender to a thoughtfully curated journey of guided breathwork, followed by an immersive sound healing led by Lou Elliott from Awaken Your Soul GC.
Through gentle breathing techniques and the soothing vibrations of live instruments, we'll create space for your body to soften, your mind to quieten, and your nervous system to settle.
Two hours to switch off from the outside world, reconnect with yourself, and fill your own cup before the festive season begins.
