Please read this page carefully from beginning to end before reserving your spot. It contains important information about the session, contraindications, what to expect, and how to prepare so you can have the best possible experience.


What is Breathwork?


Breathwork is a powerful, guided breathing practice that helps regulate the nervous system and release emotional and physical tension stored in the body. By intentionally changing your breathing pattern, you create space to let go of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotions that may no longer serve you.


Unlike traditional relaxation techniques, breathwork works through the body, not just the mind. Many people experience a profound sense of clarity, emotional release, inner peace, and connection with themselves.


No two experiences are ever the same. Every session unfolds exactly as your body and nervous system need in that moment.

📍 Georgetown (private location – shared instructions after registration)

After registration, I will also send detailed instructions with photos to help you find the location easily.

This 90-minute guided breathwork and sound bath session is designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with your body.


What to expect:

• Guided breathwork

• Sound healing (singing bowls & instruments)

• Deep relaxation and integration


👜 What to Bring


To support your comfort and experience, please bring:


• A yoga mat (I do not provide mats)

• A blanket for warmth

• A small pillow or cushion for your head or knees

• An eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes

• Water

• Comfortable clothes you can fully relax in (bring a warm sweatshirt because the space is COLD)

• A journal and pen/pencil (optional, for reflections)


!!! I will have enough blankets for everyone, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer!!!

⚠️ Please note: pillows and mats are not provided (unless I have a small group, so bringing your own is recommended for maximum comfort.

Info: We begin with a gentle welcome and grounding.
Marta will introduce the session, explain the breathwork practice, and guide you through intention setting, inviting you to connect with what you’re ready to release, receive, or explore.

5:45 PM– 6:30 PM | Breathwork Journey

Info: A guided breathwork journey led by Marta Marek.
Through conscious, connected breathing, you’ll be supported in calming the nervous system, releasing stored tension, and creating space for clarity, emotional release, and deeper presence.

This is the core of the experience - a time to turn inward and let the breath do the work.


🕑: 06:30 PM - 06:45 PM
6:30 PM – 6:45 PM | Sound Bath & Sound Healing

Info: Transition into deep relaxation with a sound bath and additional sound healing elements.
Marta will use crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments to support integration, soothe the nervous system, and allow the body to fully rest and absorb the experience.


🕑: 06:45 PM - 07:00 PM
6:45 – 7:00 PM | Integration, Sharing & Closing

Info: We gently come back together for integration.
There will be an optional space for reflection or sharing, followed by grounding and closing, helping you leave feeling supported, centered, and regulated.
