About this Event
When life is whipping by us at 100km/h, sometimes it is hard to slow down even if we want to.
I have intentionally created this offering as a safe space for you to pause, to reconnect and to allow yourself to feel fully so you can find spaciousness and peace.
Breathwork is a powerful tool to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system and connect with the body and subconscious. Breathwork can allow emotions to arise and be processed through the body to allow for more inner space and ease.
Soundbaths use the power of vibration to wash through the body and come into a state of resonance. Resonance shifts the nervous system into a state of parasympathetic; rest and digest. Within this state of deep calm and safety, the body is able to process, integrate and heal.
What to expect
- A moment to ground, focus our awareness and set an intention
- Guided breathwork
- A soundbath
- A space to share anything that arose and come together in community (sharing is always optional)
What to bring:
- Loose and comfortable clothes
- A water bottle
- Eye mask (optional)
- Journal and pen (optional)
- You exactly as you are
Doors will open at 6:30. Please aim to arrive a few minutes early so we can start promptly.
Feel free to e-transfer [email protected] to avoid eventbrite fees.

About Zoë
Zoë is a trauma informed breathwork facilitator, sound healer, somatic practitioner, meditation teacher and energy healer.
Her journey into health and wellness began after years of struggling with chronic IBS symptoms and constantly feeling like she was managing and fighting her body. She found breathwork at a pivotal moment, allowing her to quiet her mind and get in touch with herself at a deep level, allowing her to work with her body and eventually finding freedom from her symptoms.
Today, she holds space for others to experience the same depth of connection through breathwork, sound healing and mindfulness, supporting them in releasing what no longer serves them to step fully into life.
