We invite you to take a little time just for yourself — a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body and inner world.Join Jessica Rule (Osprey Rising LLC) and Cody Decker (Breath & Exposure STL) for a grounding, supportive experience that blends guided breathwork, immersive sound, and Reiki energy.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of guided breathwork led by Cody. This breathwork is a blend of different styles — starting with calming, grounding breath and gradually moving into more activating and energizing patterns. This breathwork is designed to ground you, connect you with your body, and create space to simply notice what’s present.
Jessica will be guiding a live sound journey for the entirety of the session to support and deepen the breathwork experience.
From there, the experience flows into the final 30 minutes of sound, giving your body space to rest, integrate, and fully receive.
Our intention is to create a supportive, nurturing container for relaxation and integration.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle in, get comfortable, and ask any questions before we begin.
What to Bring
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Blanket for warmth and comfort
• Pillow or pillows to support your head and body
• Eye mask or eye pillow (optional)
• Anything else that helps you feel comfortable, supported, and at ease
