On Friday, January 30th @ 6:30pm we will have a Psalm Sing at HGC.What's a Psalm Sing? It's really simple. We're going to get together, learn a few psalms, and sing them heartily!
Colossians 3:16: "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God."
There will be a time of fellowship afterwards (though singing together is also fellowship đŸ˜‰; see aforementioned verse). The church will provide coffee. We'll also have root beer floats for the kids. Please bring a dessert to share.
We're going to learn 4 (new-to-us) psalms, and we'll also sing a few familiar psalms and hymns.
I haven't chosen all of them yet, but the 4 psalms we'll learn will be from this selection (see playlists below):
